Joining troubleshooting

1. Check internet connectivity

Try pinging 1.1.1.1 or searching google.com on a browser

2. Check banned IPs list

Verify the IP of the client is not in the list of banned IPs

3. Check VPS connection

Try pinging thepacta.net or accessing a site hosted on the VPS such as docs.thepacta.net

4. Verify the Minecraft servers are running

Check on Pelican if the reverse proxy or the hub are online

5. Verify Minecarft Servers connectivity

Try pinging mc.thepacta.net or scan the domain for Minecraft server ports

6. Check Minecraft server list

Check if the server is reachable by the Minecraft server list of the client

7. Try joining the server and check for console errors

Look at the console for protocol errors or other logs
